Snapshot Manager

Browse the snapshots Oracle's daily maintenance produces, download them for safekeeping, and manage their lifecycle.

• Download a copy before risky changes, and keep local copies of critical backups.
• Use snapshots as the baseline for migration workflows between environments.
• Synced snapshots keep analyzers like the Rule Advisor and Object Analysis working against current data.

A second tab lists the backups Oracle keeps in its archive beyond the current snapshot, so a restore point from earlier in the month is one click away rather than a service request.

The one destructive operation in the product. Oracle replaces the whole environment with the backup's state, and the environment is unreachable while that runs.

• Carries Oracle's three switches — users and role assignments, the maintenance window, and inbox/outbox plus stored snapshots — with Oracle's own defaults.
• The Restore button stays disabled until the confirmation word is typed. There is no way to run it by accident.
• Like every mutating call, it is recorded with target, outcome and timestamp in Captain's Log.
