Approval workflow for Planning applications.

This ribbon group is module-aware: it appears when you are connected to a Planning application.

Planning Approvals Manager

Manage approval units and their workflow status from a single grid: see where every unit sits in the process, and act on promotions and sign-offs without hunting through the web UI.

  • The grid merges the snapshot inventory with live REST state, so group-owned units the REST API will not return on its own are shown too.
  • Status and sub-status filters with paging; scenario and version pickers filled from the application itself; status KPI cards showing shares.
  • Promotion path including group-owned nodes, and a comment attached to each approval action — readable off the grid row, not only in the History tab.
  • Refresh never undoes your work, and the whole view exports to Excel as two filterable tables.
